Luveri (“we”, “our” or “us”) provides the services, products, and features described below (collectively, the “Service”). “User” or “you” means the person who accesses or uses the app and/or our services.

This Privacy describes the information we collect and process when you use the Luveri app and any other services that Luveri may offer.

There are three types of information we collect:

• Information about your device and your usage
• Information from third parties

Information you provide

We collect content and information you provide when interacting with our services. This includes, but is not limited to, the time when you register an account, create content, share location or communicate with your partner. For example, these include:

• Registration: We collect your name, birthday, email address, and profile picture that you provide us with.
• Content: When you share content, we will keep the content, and the metadata of that content such as the location, and the created date, etc. until you decide to remove them.
• Location: In some features of the app, we require your location and need to store your location history. You provide us with your location associated with a timestamp through the permission settings on your phone.
• Message: You also provide us with information you send through our services. We keep track of metadata such as the time and date of your messages.

Information about your device and your usage

• Your usage: 

We automatically collect information about how you use our product and services, such as your browsing behavior, how you interact with your partner, how you use our features, the time you open and use our product, and so on. 

• Information about transactions made on our product: 

We collect information about your purchase history, such as purchase items, date, card information, account authentication information, contact details, and so on.

• Device information: 

We collect a variety of device-specific information, such as your IP address, device ID, device model, network type, OS version, timezone settings, battery level, file names and types, and so on.

Information from third parties

When you use our product through a third-party platform operated with our system, we collect certain information as permitted by the third party and your privacy settings. For example, if you use Facebook to sign up for our product, we collect your Facebook ID, email address, date of birth, profile picture.

How we use information

Our main goal is to offer the best experience to you. We may use your information to

We combine information about your usage of our product to provide a more personalized experience to you. For example, we may suggest different widgets and tips to you in your home setting so that you can assess certain features much more easily. We also use the information for testing, troubleshooting features, and maintaining our services.

We use the information to conduct statistical studies and monitor trends. The aim is to provide better estimation and suggestions that can improve your experience using the product.

We may send you notifications to get you updated with your partner, and your marketing communications to inform you of any changes in our terms and conditions. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.

• With your partner: 

Specifically, your partner will see information about you, such as your name, profile picture, your location. Information about how you have interacted with the service such as the matching date, the messages, emojis or stickers you have sent and received, the content you have created and shared. 

• With third parties:
  • We may share your information with operation service providers that operate our products and services, such as customer service providers, cloud computing service providers, or payment service providers. 
  • We also share your information for legal reasons, in case that the disclosure is required to comply with the legal process or to protect the rights, property, and security of us and other users.

How we transfer data

We may transfer your data to other countries or regions to operate our product if necessary. We ensure to take relevant measures to protect your information.

How long do we keep your data

We store your information as long as you are still a user of our product. If you decide to delete your account and data, you can always contact us (email: longdistancestartup@gmail.com) to request account deletion. You have up to 30 days to restore your account before we delete all your data and information from our servers. 

Third-party service and integration

Our services may contain content or links to third-party websites or integrations, including but not limited to advertisements. You may provide your personal information directly to the third party if you decide to click on it. In this case, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for how those third parties collect and use your information. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the third-party services you visit, including those linked to our product.

Children policy

Our services are not directed to anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect or share personal information from children without parental consent or as permitted by law. Please contact us if there is any problem regarding children’s data.

Amendments to privacy policy

We will inform you about any changes in the privacy policy of our products and services. We will provide additional notice if important changes have been made.
